Student’s birth certificate

Immunization records

Parent/guardian ID (if student is under 18)

Proof of residency (e.g., utility bill or lease)

Previous school records (if applicable)

After You Apply, Here’s What to Expect:

Our enrollment team will review your submission.

You’ll be contacted by our enrollment coordinator to verify documentation.

Once approved, your child will be all set to start for the upcoming school year!
